'Liquor Store Stories'

In partnership with the Center for Social Design at MICA and St. James and Johns middle schoolers, I was the lead facilitator on a youth co-design project with the goal of reducing underage drinking in a Baltimore City neighborhood. Weekly youth workshops were catalyzed by an inaugural neighborhood liquor store tour, and the project culminated with "Liquor Store Stories." The photo exhibition of youth voice via SnapChat and Instagram aimed to influence alcohol policy regarding liquor store density in the city.

The exhibit traveled to City Hall, and eventually inspired the framework for year two of youth civic engagement with lawmakers and policy.
